Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, Director

Mr. Klipper has a career of successfully building Bioscience Companies, a respected ‘front of the curve’ leader and entrepreneur innovator. C-Level and Director roles in the Public and Private sectors have positively impacted such sectors as Public Health, Oncology, Personalised Medicine, Sustainable Technology, Nutraceuticals, and others. Having been the Chairman of Voices Against Brain Cancer as well as a number of other leadership roles in influential organizations, Mr. Klipper leads with integrity and fiduciary accountability. He is passionate about bringing healing and sustainable health solutions to the world, which has created diverse business opportunities and a large returns on investment.

Paul Weinberg, Ph.D
Director

Dr. Weinberg is a business leader with experience as a senior executive at American Express and Kimco Realty Corporation, the largest owner of neighbourhood shopping centres in the US. His experience as a United States Representative to the International Labor Organization (ILO), an agency of the United Nations, gives him the experience with international mobility, logistics and communication that will help Better Health Corporation thrive in foreign and emerging markets. Dr. Weinberg is a graduate of Cornell, and holds advanced degrees from McGill and NYU; and taught MBA programs at Baruch College of CUNY, where he Co-Founded their Entrepreneurship Program specialising in Organisational Execution, General Management, Compensation and Benefits. Paul is excited about introducing natural products based businesses to emerging and foreign markets.

Director

Mr. Farahmand has spent more than three decades as CEO/President roles in a number of complex businesses such as USA Tomorrow Inc and Purely Platinum, directing operations and finances and developing business relationships among influential partners. Mr. Farahmand has operated as an investor as well as commercial broker in commercial and residential real estate as well as an international trader for Fuel and gold asset investments. Mr. Farahmand brings passion, international relationships and management experience in a number of fast moving sectors.

Director

Mr. Griffiths is the President of KLC Capital Investment Corporation. He has over 40 years of experience in the real estate development/financing and financial advisory industries. He earned his MBA from the University of Toronto and is a chartered professional accountant and started his career at EY. He was the Vice President Finance of Genstar Property Corporation and the President of First City Development Corp. He was also President of RealFund, Canada’s first public Real Estate Investment Trust. He has served as a director of numerous public and private companies is currently on the board of Allied Properties Real Investment Trust, a $10 billion REIT. Through KLC Capital Investment Corporation, Mr Griffiths has provided financial advisory services to both start ups and established companies.

Mr. Sudhansu is a Digital marketing expert, having been in IT Operations and Management since 2010. His experience in Software Development and Administration of both Conventional and Blockchain platforms have helped companies around the world in achieving results above their targeted marketing goals. For the past 5 years, Mr. Sudhansu has been the CEO/CTO of his own IT Company, employing 42 Employees. Recently, Mr. Sudhansu has completed the design and management of digital marketing campaigns in the UK, Asia, and Saudi Arabia equating in excess of $250 Billion USD. Having previous experience in Nutraceutical and Medical e-commerce sectors, Mr. Sudhansu has joined Better Health Corp to lead all aspects of Digital Marketing and help BHC achieve its Vision and goals.

As Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Prosper Digital Therapeutics and Vice President and Co-Founder of the Center For Medicine in The Public Interest; Dr. Goldberg identifies innovative opportunities and commercialization pathways for therapeutic benefit. He has been a highly respected Advisor to US Government Agencies FDA, VA, and HHS; and in championing the US Congressionally approved 21st Century Cures Act.

Mr. Rappaport has over twenty years experience in finance. Prior to joining Better Health Corp, Mr. Rappaport founded CR Capital Partners, a finance specialized consulting firm. Previously, he worked at HSBC and Citigroup, specializing in derivatives, munis, and emerging markets. Mr. Rappaport has consulted on Mergers and Acquisitions in the Healthcare industry, and has provided strategic advice in hedge fund transactions. He holds an MBA from the Zicklin School of Business.

Ms. Garvin was born in Colombia where she received her Law Degree from the Universidad Libre de Colombia in 1998. Her success as a respected Criminal Attorney provided the basis for mastering Civil Litigation, which eventually evolved into building a successful Corporate Law practise. Ms. Garvin has over 22 years of experience in Contract Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, General Corporate Counsel; and represented Companies with their International transactions. Ms. Garvin has recently graduated with a Law Degree from St. John’s University School of Law in New York, and will continue to represent Better Health Corp in US and International matters.

Professor Alex Makriyannis is the George Behrakis Chair of Pharmaceutical Biotechnology at Northeastern University, Boston, MA, and is the Founder and Director of the Center for Drug Discovery. Dr Makriyannis has expertise in drug design and synthesis, molecular recognition, membrane biophysics, membrane protein purification and characterization. He is a highly successful medicinal chemist and is well recognized internationally for his important contributions in endocannabinoid research, helping to elucidate the psychoactive properties of some of these substances. Some of his compounds are in advanced preclinical trials for the treatment of metabolic disorders and liver function, neuropathic pain, addiction and neurodegenerative diseases. Dr. Makriyannis’ research has been reported in over 470 publications and his group has filed more than 40 patents.

Professor Ethan Will Taylor is a pharmacologist, computational chemist and virologist. He is currently Professor of Chemistry and Biochemistry at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where he also served as a founding member of the Department of Nanoscience and as Director of the Biosafety Level 3 Laboratory. Dr. Taylor's research has ranged from the neurochemistry of serotonin to various aspects of emerging infectious diseases including HIV, Ebola, Zika, and the SARS coronaviruses. He is best known for his work on the role and mechanisms of the trace element selenium and other dietary factors in reducing the pathophysiological effects of RNA viruses.

Juan Celidonio Ruiz Macedo is an ethnobotanist with over 40 years of experience working in Peru. Mr. Macedo has a Masters degree in forest science from the Universidad Nacional de la Amazonía Peruana (UNAP). Mr. Macedo may be perhaps the most knowledgeable botanist in the region, with an encyclopedic botanical and rich ethnobotanic knowledge including many plants with medicinal and psychedelic properties. He trained with world renown pioneer Richard Schultes.
